MBTA Bus Accident (Duty of MBTA to its Disabled Passengers) – Settlement obtained on behalf of a paraplegic, wheel chair bound man, who suffered soft tissue neck injuries when he fell off the bus’s handicap lift and landed on the pavement five feet below.
